At Purple Advisory Care, we offer customized support plans that align seamlessly with parents needs, Continuing Healthcare Care packages and care provisions within the EHCP framework. Our dedicated services feature personalized 1-1 or 2-1 support, driven by comprehensive risk assessments to meet the individual health and social needs of each young person. Our goal is to support each individual to achieve their fullest potential and promote independence, while also cultivating essential life skills and community involvement. Together, we strive to create a supportive environment that nurtures personal growth and autonomy.

Social Care Packages

Life Skills

Welcome to our support services, dedicated to helping individuals develop essential life skills. We provide guidance in housekeeping, money management, and safe public transport. Additionally, we assist people in finding local groups to promote community engagement and confidence. Together, we empower individuals towards greater independence.

Daily Living Skills

We support young people in creating effective schedules for tasks like washing clothes and organizing belongings. Our guidance enhances self-awareness in choosing outfits based on weather and activities. With our help, individuals can develop essential life skills that promote independence and confidence. Let’s simplify daily routines together!

Communication Skills

At Purple Advisory Care, we are committed to supporting young individuals in navigating the complexities of social communication. Our services include scaffolding conversations and serving as intermediaries among peers to enhance effective engagement. Whether we are assisting with inquiries directed supermarket staff or guiding them in independently placing lunch orders, our goal is to empower their communication skills and boost their confidence in social interactions.

Social Care 

Below are some examples of Social Care Provision.

Spending time in places that might be more difficult to navigate for some of our young people such as new places and busy environments.

Support with life skills such as shopping for an activity such as baking and using a budget. 

We can work on a plan that suits the young person in collaboration with their parents, social worker and health care professionals.
