Sarah has 10 year's experience in SEND. She has worked both in the home and in the community. Her kind and supportive nature helps her make meaningful connections with the person accessing support and their families.
Marcus Gardener
Marcus has had a change in career direction. He has personal experience in SEND and is expanding this into his professional life. He comes from a managerial background and is kind and approachable.
Julie Green
Julie brings a huge wealth of knowledge and skill to the team. She is kind with a great sense of humour. Julie is a qualified ELSA and has worked with young people for 14 years.
Paige Lewin
Paige has 13 years experience in SEND. Coming from an educational background and also with a huge amount of professional expertise in the social care sector. We are excited to be part of her new chapter.
Steve Mercer
Steve has personal experience of SEND and has a passion to make a difference to the lives of young people and adults with SEND. He is excited to start a new chapter in his professional career.
